Interim Management Services During significant change or transition Cornerstone can provide executive capabilities specifically suited to urgent operational and business challenges or fundamental change situations critically important for the future of the entity. Interim resources are by definition not of a permanent nature, and are assigned to address specific goals and objectives in a pre-defined time-line. Our senior level interim managers undertake assignments that can not be assured by existing in house resources or it would make no sense to recruit as the future situation requires different capabilities eg an acquisition with a significant de-merger of a non-core operation. Often an assignment includes the preparation of, and rationalisation, of the management infrastructure before passing the “baton” to appropriate permanent management talent. This allows companies to benefit from unique capabilities not required when the business returns to its’ status quo. This is a “horses for courses” strategy that will allow the placing of an optimally qualified executive in a stable future environment.
